What you'll do

The Learning Technology Coordinator provides support across a range of initiatives and internal systems, including Workday Learning Management System (LMS) and Degreed Learning Experience Platform (LXP), to ensure we deliver a high-quality, distinctly DocuSign experience for our employees and nurture a learning culture. The support includes but is not limited to editing data within the LMS and LXP systems, supporting internal processes, maintaining guides, updating and tracking data, research and analytics, and working with different stakeholders on the team.

 

The role may also support the creation of e-learning through platforms like Articulate, Camtasia and Vyond as well as other projects as needed.

 

This is a Part Time (20-25 hours per week) and Fixed Term contract position with an expected end date of January 26, 2024.

 

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Talent Development Lead.

 

Responsibility

  • Support large scale data entry and manual update efforts in the LMS and LXP
  • Manage vendor relationship with content providers and compliance content creator vendor
  • Manage Learning Support email mailboxes via Service Now ticketing system, Degreed ticketing and calendars, answering employee questions promptly, responding appropriately to technical questions and issues, creating service tickets with IT, or involving other subject matter experts as the situation or issue requires, then track issues through to resolution
  • Troubleshoot the issues that may appear in course updates and configuration and assist employees in troubleshooting
  • Maintain the user database in the LMS, assigning required learning modules, creating and uploading online modules, maintaining system functions, completion, training expiry dates and training due dates
  • Perform system testing changes, updates or 3rd party software integrations to the LMS and LXP
  • Document processes and contribute to user manuals
  • Maintain data integrity, edit data and records to ensure accuracy, and prepare and create reports on a timely basis
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
What you bring

Basic

  • 2+ years work experience working on any HR related system
  • Experience with eLearning solutions and files integrated with a LMS such as SCORM, AICC, xAPI
  • Experience analyzing data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

 

Preferred

  • Experience in Workday Learning or other LMS
  • Knowledge of how eLearning solutions integrate with a LMS
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and handle various tasks simultaneously
  • Efficient in time management and able to function in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to create reports, check for errors and make appropriate corrections
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret basic guides and documents related to LMS and LXP
