Duties:
Supervise and support students' successful completion of online credit recovery courses so that students continue to progress toward graduation. May, at times, provide direct instruction while, at other times, will monitor progress toward completing curriculum. Coordinate the school Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) program, including universal screening, progress monitoring, and facilitation of building MTSS team.

Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. Degree
- Qualified for a Standard Teaching Certificate as issued by the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board with K-12 or Secondary endorsements required; along with possessing or being willing to obtain an At-Risk/Alternative Teacher endorsement
- Knowledge/Experience of Professional Learning Communities (PLC)
- Establish positive, supportive relationships with at-risk students
- Ability to motivate reluctant learners
- Self-directed, self-motivated, and goal-oriented highly desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, counselors, parents, and administrators
- Ability to establish and utilize a system of rewards and intervention to keep students on pace to meet learning goals
- Willingness to learn and manage multiple online learning platforms
- Ability to facilitate collaborative meetings and train staff on MTSS processes.
- Ability to collect data and monitor and report progress for students identified for intervention
- Team oriented; history of professional growth; demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of personalities, settings, teaching staff, and administrators
- Employment Term: Full-time - 185-day contract
