We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director to oversee the daily operations of the center, implement educational programs, and ensure exceptional learning experiences for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to establish the strategic direction and goals of the Learning Center.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Administer academic evaluations & analyze student performance data and implement interventions to support student success and achievement
- Promote the Learning Center's programs and services, actively participating in outreach and recruitment efforts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of educators and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven experience in an educational leadership role, such as a Learning Center Coordinator or Program Manager preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives.
