Leak Detection Technician

Field Leak Detection Technician Job: We are looking for highly motivated individuals, looking for a career rather than a job, who want to join our team to perform electronic water Leak Detections and repairs. Our employees maintain a clean, professional appearance; have good writing and grammar skills; and excellent customer service abilities.  The job is physical and requires lifting or moving over 75 lbs, willingness to work outdoors in both the heat and cold and the ability to swim.  Must be dependable and self-motivated with the ability to make decisions and work without close supervision. • Standard Work Week is Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM, however technicians are require to work overtime and weekends when needed. 

Base Salary

• Annual Compensation - to be determined)
• Hourly range $25 - $30 to start, Hourly plus Commission tier structure is possible once pre-determined revenue goals are met. Compensation is based on experience. 
• Advancement and commission opportunities are available.

In the job the Leak Detection Technician will be asked to do:

• Leak detection on interior and exterior residential & commercial properties, pools and spas to diagnose the cause and origin of concealed leaks, structural leaks and water infiltration damage
• Communicate with management, colleagues, adjusters and customers
• Provides professional courteous customer service
• Work outdoors & away from the office
• Master underground line tracking, video, ultrasonic, and infrared technologies

• Neat appearance / Has a high standard of professionalism and character.
• Mechanically inclined, knows how to use a variety of tools.
• Ability to take on physical work and capable of moving/lifting up to 100 pounds

Education

• High School or equivalent / some college education.
• Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
