Leadership Development and Organizational Development - Sr Professional

Compensation: $87k-$120k/annual salary & bonus eligible (national average, premium markets may vary)


apree health – the new name for the joint Castlight Health and Vera Whole Health organizations – is seeking an experienced teammate to join our Human Resources team, reporting directly to apree’s Talent Leader. In partnership with HR Business Partners and the Talent Leader, this role will collaborate on individual and organization development interventions as needed, including the maintenance and evolution of foundational human capital practices and targeted interventions.

  • As a LDOD, you’ll be involved in organizational consulting engagements in support of broader business, cultural, and integration transformation

  • Support consulting engagements geared toward large-scale business efforts on organizational effectiveness related topics including strategy, structure, governance, and roles

  • Lead or support projects from inception through execution, including project plan management, as well as the completion of requirements such as data gathering, testing, pilots, and after-action reviews

  • Develop measures and metrics to gauge the effectiveness of an entire project

  • Synthesize best practice research and concepts to inform enterprise talent management initiatives

  • Supporting chief of staff functions as needed

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to provide consultation to leadership and identify opportunities to proactively improve organizational effectiveness

  • Drive change management practices with leaders across the company

  • Support key strategic initiatives in our People function

  • Leverage talent processes to rollup insights, risks, etc.

  • Create and manage priorities and work plans, including communications, timelines, measurements and sustainability processes to support Organizational Development initiatives

  • Manage the cross-functional implementation of plans as needed


Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree is required, graduate preferred

  • a solid understanding of business concepts and strategic alignment

  • strong communication and presentation skills

  • Understanding of talent development practices

  • Understanding of change management methodologies

  • the ability to build relationships and work effectively with leadership

  • the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

  • the ability to coach leaders and consult on the needs of the team and business

  • a pragmatic approach to achieving results

  • a desire to deepen competence in the human capital domain
