Lead Visual Merchandiser

Visual Merchandiser - Central Region

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts to attract customers and increase sales. If you have a passion for design, an eye for aesthetics, and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you! This role will also be responsible for an aspect of training initiatives for wholesale accounts sales associates to increase brand and product knowledge.

This a field position and will require up to 80% travel for the position.

Duties:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall look and feel of our retail space
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight our products and promotions
- Arrange merchandise in an appealing and organized manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding product placement
- Use Adobe Illustrator or other design software to create visual mock-ups of displays
- Maintain inventory of visual merchandising materials and supplies
- Stay up-to-date with current market trends and competitor strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product information and inquiries

Requirements:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in using cash registers and basic retail math calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other design software is a plus
- Ability to stigmatize layouts that effectively showcase products

- Must have reliable transportation to be able to get to and from the accounts.

- Must be able to organize and execute presentations
