Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of retail math, including calculating discounts, percentages, and profit margins
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
