The Lead UX/UI Designer's primary mandate will be delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand emerging technology trends and drive UI/UX improvement.
- Approve of development assets that meet the requirements set by the UI/UX team.
- Prioritize, plan, assign, and direct priorities to the UI/UX Design team.
- Investigate user experience design requirements for NRT Technology's digital assets.
- Improve customer experience through innovation and QA review.
- Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Collaborate with all internal and external teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user are fluid with established style guides.
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Conduct user interviewing/testing when needed; extrapolate meaningful actions and data.
- Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cyle (SDLC) processes.
- Manage the functions and duties of UI/UX team, giving clear directives and providing concise communication.
- Support and lead growth opportunities for the UI/UX team, setting achievable goals with NRT Technology's standards and mandate.
- Suggest additional training necessary for team to appropriate leaders to ensure operational efficiency.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Complete and comply with ad hoc duties.
Qualifications
- Well-rounded UX/UI design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UX/UI design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, problem solving and resolution skills with a proven ability to provide exceptional communication skills with all parties.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skill in using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software to create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Experience in conducting usability tests and gathering user feedback to iterate and refine designs for enhanced usability and user satisfaction.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy to create engaging and consistent visual designs aligned with brand identity.
- Ability to design interactive elements and user flows that facilitate smooth and intuitive user interactions within digital products.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development concepts to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure design feasibility.
