Lead Toddler Teacher

Job Duties:
- Supervision of children at all times
- Organizationals skills
- Developmentally appropriate practice in the classroom
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education courses a plus.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Be able to lift 40 pounds

Work Schedule:
- Day shifts
- Monday to Friday
Education: - CDA, AA Degree, or BA preferred
Experience:
- 1 year of Early Childhood Education preferred
- 1 year of Childcare experience preferred
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification preferred
- Child Development Associate Certification preferred
Work Location: On-site

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newport County, RI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Preschool: 1 year (Preferred)
