The Four Seasons Beach Resort Lanai is seeking a Lead Tennis Attendant. The Lead Tennis Activity Attendant is an integral part of the Tennis Center. This position will oversee the Tennis shop in the absence of the Tennis Professional. The Lead Tennis Attendant will supervise, train, and direct staff at the Tennis Shop while ensuring the needs of all Tennis guests are met. The Lead Tennis Attendant will also maintain the cleanliness of the tennis shop and court areas, as well as provides guests with a tennis garden orientation, and advises on tennis activity options.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English is required.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
- This position is physical in nature and requires candidates be able to push and lift up to 50lbs.
- The position also requires cleaning & maintenance of the tennis courts in addition to other physical tasks.
- The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude.
- General tennis knowledge or previous work experience in a Tennis shop is preferred.
