Responsibilities:
- Provide support and supervision to children during daily activities, including playtime, meals, and naptime.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement individualized curriculum plans.
- Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Assist with behavior management strategies and techniques.
- Support students in developing social skills and promoting positive interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of early childhood development and curriculum development. (a plus but not required)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children with special needs.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or coursework in early childhood education is a plus.

Please note that this position is for a Teacher and a teaching assistant in a preschool or daycare setting, no experience necessary. Willing to train!
