SCHEDULE:
- 8-hour shift
- M-F
SUMMARY: Interview customers and record interview information into computer for Supply by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Assist customers utilizing knowledge of HME products provided.
- Assist with queue management and workflow oversight.
- Answer and distribute incoming telephone calls as needed.
- Obtain complete and accurate information for Patient Demographics.
- Fill out order forms, determine charges and coverage for services requested, collect copays and insert data in information system.
- Assist walk-in customers as needed.
- Complete assigned projects.
- Speak with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuance, maintenance, or changes in service.
- Ensure all necessary information is thoroughly documented.
- Document complaints of service and equipment failures.
- Speak with dissatisfied customers and provide complaint resolution
