Role of a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist
The Lead Speech-Language Pathologist provides leadership and support to the Pediatric Therapy Manager and center based SLP staff to meet specified clinical and organizational goals in order to provide the highest quality of care for assigned MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy clients.
This individual requires strong organizational skills, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and the ability to view strategies and outcomes as definable and measurable, all while in conjunction and supporting the Pediatric Therapy Manager. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgment. Reports directly to onsite Pediatric Therapy Manager for MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy.
