Job description

Lead Specialist, Data Management - Employee Lifecycle Events
The role is responsible for understanding, development and execution of all Data Management activities as required in line with work falling under the service level agreements (SLAs). The role serves as an escalation point for this groups that requires US specific contact and works closely with others team members and the Management team.
ELE Data Management is a new group to the Employee Life Cycle Events family. This team is responsible for maintaining, processing, auditing, and serving as the primary team for Deloitte's Talent System of Record - HXM/SuccessFactors.
Work you'll do:
  • Assist with escalations and/or processing employee data transactions in Success Factors
  • Manage sound solutioning of processes for Data Management requests
  • Provide Data Management support to Partners, Principals and Key Collaborators
  • Lead US support during USI holidays
  • Collaborate with offshores team on appending process documentation as needed
  • Assist with complex manual workarounds, Mass Data Changes, data consultations, PPMD Talent transactions, audit/reporting, escalations, DT US (ITS) coordination, and People Leader updates in non-USI hours and consultations on People Leader structure changes
  • Provide backup support to the Data Management Managers, including involvement in extra projects as needed

The Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) team is part of the Talent Services (TS) channel of the Deloitte Talent Organization. TS delivers a breadth of Services through an innovative and customer-centric shared services model. The TS vision is to make a global impact through a distinctive Talent experience. Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in HR Operations/Project Management/Client Management
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in cloud-based talent applications, MS applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fundamental knowledge of Data Management processes for a large enterprise
  • Excellent organizational, process and people management skills
  • Leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, complex problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to motivate teams to deliver results in a timely manner
  • Experience working with senior leaders to propose, design and build process- based solution
  • A high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality and ability to work in a highly confidential environment
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:
  • Experience in a professional services firm or large/matrix-driven corporation with overseas or outsourced operations
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors
  • Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience
  • Working in a Case Management system experience
  • Experience in a shared services function

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900-$134,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
