Duties:
- Oversee the dining experience and ensure exceptional customer service
- Train and supervise servers, bussers, and other front-of-house staff
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
- Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu items, and beverage offerings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
- Basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus
