Role Overview:

As a Lead, Sales and Retention for Conquer you have a self-driven and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. You are a "player coach" stepping in to run sales, enrollment, and Retention calls as needed. You manage team key performance indicators (KPIs) and are comfortable with data-driven decision making. You are expert in comprehending Pro pain points, and how business coaching through Conquer can solve Pro problems. You excel at motivating and inspiring your team members while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. You lead your team to establish meaningful connections with our service professionals (our Pros).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small and growing team of Sales Development Representatives, Enrollment Specialists, and Retention Specialists - both onshore and offshore
  • Provide leadership in identifying and engaging potential customers, guiding the team to employ advanced strategies across diverse channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Demonstrate mastery in coordinating and leading product demonstrations and sales meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and sales teams
  • Drive Pro outreach via outbound and inbound calls/emails/texts, asking open-ended questions to identify root cause and offer solutions; often requires multiple touchpoints
  • Maintain positive working relationships with pros to ensure continued business relationship for the Company as a whole
  • Collaborate with other departments by sharing data/insights to help make improvements to product/service upstream in the Conquer product journey
  • Be accountable to key performance indicators (KPI's) on a commission basis (contacts per day, average talk time, retention rate, quality assurance, booking/close rates, save rate)
  • Track data insights in Salesforce to help inform upstream solutions, aiming to reduce Pro cancellation requests
  • Manage live calls for training purposes working alongside the team to understand the best approach to positioning the conversation.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience in a sales position
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing or sales role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with sales CRMs and processes
  • Proven success as a salesperson
  • Proven success in navigating strong personalities

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected compensation range for this role is $32.00-$37.74/hour (includes base and potential performance bonus). The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro's the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
