Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collections of aged accounts
- Accurate and timely claims follow-up including claim resubmissions, appeals, and payer projects
- Identify payer trends and work with appropriate team members to reach resolution
- Respond to insurance requests promptly and in a professional manner
- Review and resolve rejected claims
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes on account for proper claim follow-up
- Train and mentor teammates
- Supervise accounts receivables and maintain KPIs for assigned states/accounts
- Timely escalation to management of all potential risks
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
