We're hiring Mitigation Crew Lead Technicians!

Compensation:

$23 - $30 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:

What You'll Get To Do

  • Evaluate damages and develop plans for drying, cleaning, and necessary actions for each project.
  • Setup drying equipment in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Obtain moisture readings and monitor the progress of the drying process.
  • Remove damaged or affected materials from properties when required.
  • Create sketches outlining the impacted areas.
  • Input daily notes and images into the job database CRM.
  • Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained, organized, and stocked for emergency dispatch.
  • Managing on-site safety and work quality.
  • Communicate any communication needs or issues to leadership promptly.
  • Maintain availability for a rotating Emergency On-Call shift.

Qualifications:

What We Expect You To Have

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
  • Capable of following instructions
  • Experience with moisture-mapping software, such as MICA, Drytrack, and FirenIce
  • Have a working smartphone and the ability to install communication and timesheet apps
  • Possess or acquire certification from the IICRC for water, mold, fire, or related fields
  • Own or be willing to obtain tools for demolition, such as prybar, rubber mallet, multi-tool, drills, circular saw, and razor knife
  • Have experience in leading or training people
  • High attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
