We are seeking a Lead Residential Plumbing Technician to utilize their skills in servicing and repairing residential plumbing systems. Responsibilities- Run plumbing service calls independently troubleshooting, quoting, and performing work.
- Provide comprehensive solutions to customers, assisting them in making the best decisions for their homes and families.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction before leaving the premises.
- Minimum of 2 years as a lead plumber running your own truck
- Ability to service tanked and tankless water heaters
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus for near or active Journeyman Plumbers
