Lead Receptionist

Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility is a Skilled Nursing Facility dedicated to providing the very best in quality care to residents in our area. We are looking for highly skilled, responsible, multi-taskers to join our team of Receptionists. Reception applicants must be available on weekends, as needed.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

• Answering high volume telephones
• Assisting incoming visitors and callers with a variety of needs
• Greeting employees, visitors and vendors in a welcoming manner
• General clerical duties such as copying, filing, scanning, etc.
• Labeling resident personal clothing
• Various other responsibilities to be discussed at the time of interview

Requirements:

• Positive, friendly and professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, high traffic setting
• Availability on weekends is REQUIRED of all applicant
