MUST HAVE:
_ Requirements for lead RBT Trainer_
- Extensive ABA Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the field of ABA therapy, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of ABA principles.
- Training and Supervision Skills: Proven ability to design and conduct effective training programs for RBTs, providing clear instruction and constructive feedback.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team of behavior technicians.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ABA concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ongoing Professional Development: Commitment to staying current with the latest developments in ABA research and practices through continued professional development and training.
- Ethical Standards: Uphold the highest ethical standards in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze challenging behavior, develop effective intervention strategies, and adapt approaches based on individual client needs.
- Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
