About the Position: Serves as Program Analyst Team Lead to Chief of Strategic Integration Office for variety of technical and lead analyst duties to include financial, budget and management analyst support functions, and personnel/workforce functions and related activities for Planning, Programs and Project Management Division (P3M) and Technical Services Division (TSD), which includes Engineering and Construction and Operations.Qualifications: Who May Apply: Only applicants who meet one of the employment authority categories below are eligible to apply for this job. Specialized experience:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes developing, defending, and executing budgets; Reviewing and interpreting guidance and regulations, coordinating with stakeholders to receive input and make adjustments, and developing reports, documents, and materials to allow for management oversight; understanding project management software, financial management software (e.g. CEFMS), and other software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or similar products, business intelligence software such aced, etc.) when required; Performing detailed analysis using multiple data inputs; Experience utilizing spreadsheets and other similar software such as Microsoft Excel to create a variety of products that utilize multiple functionalities such as pivot tables; Writing a variety of materials and conducting presentations to support analysis, document processes, teach others, and/or justify and defend an organization and its major deliverables (e.g. budget); Providing input to an organization when developing workload projections; Coordinates actions for Budget Analyst support.
