Job Description


As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice to and guide the team in building, developing, or designing functionality for a product, as well as guide and ensure the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products.

The Lead Product Designer - Capital Markets role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Research and advise on design strategy for new and existing products.
  • Responsible for creating the User Experience of Product Platform, working closely with product, engineering, and customers.
  • Defines information architecture, visual design, and interaction design.
  • Contributes to and maintain design system components
  • Constantly testing ideas with real users and customers.
  • Builds in a testing mindset in their weekly activities.
  • Validate and refine ideas, collects/discovers new insights.
  • Review the implementation process for new products.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements, as well as collect feedback from team and provide recommendations.
  • Advise on the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
  • Advise on and ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications


THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences:

  • At least 4 years of relevant product design experience, at least 3 in B2B-oriented design.
  • Experience creating platform-oriented user experiences, working closely with product, engineering, and customers.
  • Experience defining information architecture, visual design, and interaction.
  • Skilled in wire framing and rapid prototyping.
  • Experienced in contributing to and maintaining a design system.
  • Skilled in creating fidelity on UX and UI design together by intertwining models of UX with the UI.

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience developing using HTML and CSS
  • 1 or more years of consulting experience
