RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a representative list of the general duties the Shift Lead position may be asked to perform and is not all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned as needed, including, but not limited to, managing the operational productivity of store growth and to ensure that the store is meeting all of its objectives.

• FIDUCIARY MANAGEMENT: The Shift Lead is responsible for achieving goals and targets outlined in the annual budget. Creating and maintain an environment that is conducive to the continued growth of the business. This also includes opening and closing the store, scheduling, and merchandising as well as store maintenance, stocking, pricing, selling, loaning and offering assistance to Pawnbrokers and CSR's.
• ASSET MANAGEMENT: It is the responsibility of the Shift Lead, in support of store management, to ensure that all compliance requirements are consistently met. To maintain all security provisions and ensure that all related security equipment is in full functioning order.
• FACILITY MANAGEMENT: It is the responsibility of the Shift Lead, in support of store management, to ensure that the facility they are assigned to is in good repair and all known concerns are being addressed in a timely manner.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: It is the responsibility of the Shift Lead to facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing any customer issues to meet the high expectations and standards of the company.
• CODE OF ETHICS: It is the responsibility of the Shift Lead to ensure that all employees and management conduct themselves within the companies established Code of Ethics and that all business conducted within the unit and their sphere of influence is done in accordance with the companies' code of ethics.
• OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED: The Shift Lead works under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. The Shift Lead will be responsible for Special Projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications for all Store Management Levels:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Previous people management experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong desire to work, serve internal and external customers, and work with people; team oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling experience required
• High energy sales personality with knowledge of jewelry and general merchandise
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent work ethic and strong business sense
• Computer literate and able to use common office machines

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
