TheLead Patient Services Representative has supervision, coordination, and management oversight of all operational and programmatic support activities for assigned senior center. This position ensures staff complies with all regulatory initiatives and policies and procedures and works with senior management to support effective center operations. 

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm. Office located at

  • Provide leadership, guidance, support, and direction for staff

  • Function as first contact for customer service issues

  • Plans, organizes, and administers a community recreation program for older adults, including physical activities, health activities, human services and special interest classes and programs

  • Responsible for creating corrective action plans for metric off track

  • Responsible for responding to member and staff incidents and coordinating medical emergencies with the local EMS and the adjacent clinic

  • Resolves complex issues rarely deferring to supervisor/manager

  • Coordinates staff work activities and monthly scheduled in a timely manner. Ensures that the monthly calendar is in place ahead of time for members to review and sign up

  • Maintains senior members database effectively. Produces monthly reports to show member statistics

  • Lead may need to be willing to travel within their own market for coverage, training, support needs

  • Represents the Senior Center at public and professional meetings 

  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 

  • 2+ years of experience in customer services or related field

  • 1+ years of experience with mentoring/training others

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
