SalaryResponsibilities:
- Coordinates with building superintendent on work and daily assignments of paint crews,
- Maintains work schedule.
- Examines quality of work, and notifies completion of work order.
- Maintains control of paint inventory supplies.
- Promotes positive public relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of appropriate experience.
- Able to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently.
- Good manual skills.
