Aladdin Temp-Rite is seeking a 2nd Shift career minded professionals to join their team as a Lead Technician our Hendersonville, TN location.

Duties:

• Leads other Operators in Foam Room manufacturing operations to include
  • Assigning work
  • Teaching new operators or instructing operators for proper job performance
  • Assisting others in their work
• Relieves Operators as required due to production operations job load or product mix
• Performs set-up work as required related to setting fixtures, cavities and machine adjustments
• Responsible for maintaining prescribed quality and production output standards
• Responsible for maintaining prescribed quality and production output standards
• Works closely with maintenance to provide an efficient and minimum scrap operation. Responsible for analyzing operations and suggesting changes to improve efficiency or quality
• Responsible for the observance of safety rules and regulations as well as housekeeping of the work area

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lead others
• Enjoy working with hands around industrial machines.
• Continuous exposure to noise and occasional lifting.
