Responsibilities
- Contribute to the success of the department's strategic and Performance Improvement plans by supporting plan initiatives and ensuring staff participation
- Participate in the fiscal responsibilities of the department by ensuring appropriate use of resources
- Maintain the department regulatory and accreditation compliance by ensuring staff are competent and takes actions to improve compliance deficiencies with regulatory standards
- Perform all necessary exams and maintain documentation to ensure timely, accurate results of procedures
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- 2 Year Degree
- Must have one or more of the following:
- Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (R. PSG. T.)
- Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.)
- Registered Respiratory Care Technologist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Care Technologist with training in sleep disorders or Polysomnography.
- Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (R. PSG. T.)
- One (1) year full-time experience in EEG and Sleep disorders
Preferred Job Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
