Description
Clear Choice Dermatology is looking for a Lead Medical Assistant with prior dermatology (or lead MA) experience to help manage the clinic and our group of great MAs. Previous experience with EMA(dermatology specific software) is preferable but training can be provided through ModMedUniversity.
Lead MA duties would include assisting with procedures and charting, ordering supplies for clinic, and making monthly clinic schedule for MAs, etc. MA would need to have certification and ability to work well in a team environment and have good organizational skills. Lead MA should also be able to talk with other physicians and physician assistants to help care for patients. Additional duties may include sending in prescriptions, documenting patient encounters, logging biopsies, performing injections, and helping with other duties around the office.
