Next Level Technician is seeking Lead Low Voltage Cabling Technicians in the Tampa, FL area. Candidates that are highly motivated and ready to work in a hands-on environment are encouraged to explore this opportunity!
Our technicians work primarily on commercial and industrial jobsites. From interpreting blueprints to installing voice, data, networking, and security equipment, our Low Voltage teams are prepared to get the job done efficiently and correctly. Prior experience in the Low Voltage field is required. Candidates with flexibility for travel are preferred!
Next Level Technician offers weekly pay, PTO, medical benefits, and the opportunity for a signing bonus. OSHA, BICSI, and Aerial Lift certifications are preferred but not required. Candidates looking to expand on their existing skillsets and eager for longevity in the Low Voltage field can find a home here!
Lead Low Voltage Cable Technician job duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Pulling, terminating, dressing, testing, and labeling CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a, and Fiber data cables.
- Installing and terminating racks, cable trays, patch panels, cabinets, MDF/IDF, workstation outlets, firestopping etc.
- Reading and interpreting general system layouts from blueprints.
- Leading crews in small to large commercial projects
- Installing devices including camera/CCTV systems, access control, and audio-visual is a plus.
- OSHA10, OSHA30, Lift, and Manufacturer Certifications are a plus
