Mount Airy Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced Line Cook to work with our chef. We're looking for someone capable of running the line when the chef is not on the line. This job would be a Line Cook/ sous chef position.
The right candidate can work basically any station in a standard kitchen, has great attention to detail, and works clean. Experience in a high volume kitchen is strongly preferred.
