We are currently seeking a part time or full time Spa Service Manager who is also an energetic, skilled Lead Massage Therapist and/or Estheticians to drive success in our spa. If you have both the credentials- LMT & LE, you are the ideal fit for the position.
You will be performing services, lead and sales/admin as needed to maximize your earning potential!

As the Lead Massage Therapist and/or Aesthetician, you will be responsible for the organization, promotion, development, and supervision of all Therapists/Estheticians. You also hold all Therapists/Aestheticians accountable for providing cutting edge, personalized, safe treatments and services that encourage repeat business.
Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to customers
• Recruit, hire and mentor Therapists/Estheticians to promote career growth through training, development and performance assessments
• Monitor Therapists/Estheticians' individual daily, weekly and monthly revenue totals to ensure they are achieving or exceeding goals
• Ensure rooms are always maintained with supplies, clean and orderly) have fresh sheets, are neat, orderly, and clean.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Massage Therapist and/or Esthetician with 3-5 years massage experience in a professional environment
• Knowledge of (spa / body) treatments
• Actively participate in advance training or ongoing education in specific skill trade at Hand and Stone

Job Requirements:

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue). Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
