Lead LCSW/LPC

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, etc.
  
• Must hold LCSW or LPC license
  
• Must have substance abuse as well as mental health experience.
  

Responsibilities:

• Conducts periodic fidelity audits to ensure that clinical staff are maintaining fidelity to approved EBP within each clinical program
  
• Conducts scheduled clinical staffing as well as unscheduled clinical consultation to assigned clinical teams to provide guidance and direction as well as to ensure that clinical programming and services are effective and efficient in addressing patient/participant and community needs in accordance with Policy and Procedures as well as with contractual, state, and Federal requirements and ethical standards.
  
• Assists with implementation of initiatives related to integrated outpatient services, coordinates with internal partners and supervisors for operational clinical optimization.
