Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Lead development teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements
- Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers
- Analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
- Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
- Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 6+yearsoffull stack software development on web and client/server solutions
- 6+ years of experience with back-end Java development
- 6+yearsof experience using modern front-end languages (React, Typescript, etc.)
- Must have experience working with NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, MariaDB, etc.)
- Experience with Spring Framework, JMS, SOAP and REST web services
- Experience with event-driven programming/architecture
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
- Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must current possess an active Top Secret security clearance

- Experience with Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
