Job Title: Lead Java (Backend) Developer

Job Location: Eegan, MN (Onsite Or Remote)

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with8 – 10 years of experience in Node.JS, Java, AWS, React JS, Terraform, and Kong.

Roles/Responsibilities (Day-to-Day candidate’s responsibilities):

• As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, set goals, and ensure timely delivery.

• Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE Technical Skills: Java, Node JS, Kong, Terraform, React JS, AWS.

• Must have Payer domain expertise.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
