Lead IT Support Specialist
Our client in New York City is seeking a Lead IT Support Specialist. This is a full time, direct hire role with a very well established company.
Prior professional services industry experience is strongly preferred.
Lead IT Support Specialist
Qualified candidates will have most of the following experience:
- Tier 2 IT support
- Remote, deskside, and over the phone troubleshooting
- Working with technical training teams
- White glove support skills
- Software deployments
- Instructional documentation
- Mobile device support
- Software support (Windows, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
