The Senior Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for entering data input into the computer and assisting with administrative duties. In addition, they will support the internal supply chain of inventory. All duties are to be performed by departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Specific Job Functions:
- Subject matter expert of all Inventory Control processes
- Train all new employees, lead for best practices
- Accurately enter items into the computer as they are received and match paperwork
- Check and update inventory and related paperwork as it exits the warehouse to ensure the accurate product is on-hand
- Assist with physical inventories in Retail outlets and Retail DC Food & Beverage Warehouse
- Perform various administrative duties including scanning, copying, filing, researching, and retrieving paperwork from other departments
- Communicate effectively with Purchasing, Retail, Warehouse, and other property departments
- Answer phones, assist callers, take messages
- Conduct cycle counts in property in the retail outlets
- Assist management as needed and complete any tasks assigned
- Perform all other duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department and company
Responsibilities/Qualifications
- 1 or more years of Inventory Control Clerk experience preferred
- Computer experience necessary
- Stratton Warren knowledge required
- Communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written item forms
