Lead Intake Specialist - Personal Injury

Responsibilities:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organize and file documents in physical and electronic formats
- Transcribe and proofread documents for accuracy
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Utilize document management systems to maintain and retrieve files

-Handle a high volume of tasks and calls.

-Be self driven and follow up on calls

-Answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from potential clients

-Obtain pertinent information from potential clients by asking them a series of questions courteously and professionally

-Sign up clients and get documents form potential clients

-Meet in person with clients that will be coming into the office to sign up

Requirements:

-Must have 2 years prior experience as a Intake specialist in the Personal Injury fields

-Spanish speaking candidate is required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to transcribe and proofread documents accurately
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical tasks
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles

This position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intake processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing excellent customer service. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
