Responsibilities:

• Drive the modernization strategy & execution for Imaging portfolio. Lead or help to drive architecture/design technology and tool decisions and implementations
• Partner with capability leads and collaborators to clarify requirements and implement solutions that encompass analysis development and how to integrate these solutions into the larger eco-system

• Lead and manage software development agile scrum team - mentor team members and give to code review process and delivering the end solution

• Ensure high quality solutions by design and build unit tests integration test load test and user acceptance tests

• Build methods and tools to automate development activities - Champion the implementation of instrumentation and diagnostics to support maintainability and operations
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• 10-15 years of leadership/experience in Software Development Application Modernization Application Architecture
• 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience in Cloud technologies such as Azure Devops practices Enterprise technologies and principles such as REST Programming Languages such as Python or Java and CI/CD Jenkins or Github.
• Solid track-record of delivering scalable highly-reliable software against tight deadlines
• Ability to dive into complex systems and understand how they work
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced distributed startup-like environment
• A self-starter able to work through problems and seek out assistance as necessary

Specialized Qualifications

• Experience with document management applications e.g. IBM Filenet Captiva EMC Documentum
• Experience with Azure AI Services/Microsoft Cognitive Services Tesseract OCR distributed streaming services Kafka/Springboot will be added advantage
