We specialize in transforming cluttered spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments, tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients. Due to our expanding client base, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Lead Home Organizers.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Direction:
- Provide clear guidance and direction to other organizers within the team.
- Delegate tasks effectively, prioritizing objectives for each session.
- Make informed decisions regarding product selection and placement.
- Ensure timeliness and progress of projects, maintaining accountability for project timelines.
- Manage and track travel time and billable organizing hours.
- Capture pictures and videos to showcase the transformation post-organization.
Communication: Communicating with clients and team regarding consultations and organizing sessions.
Decluttering: Assist clients in decluttering their belongings, helping them decide what to keep, donate, or discard.
Sorting and Categorizing: Organize and categorize items based on client preferences and needs, ensuring efficiency and accessibility.
Space Optimization: Work collaboratively with clients to create efficient and aesthetically pleasing spaces that reflect their personal style and enhance functionality.
Qualifications:
Experience: Must have experience as the lead organizer of home organizing projects
Professionalism: Ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
Collaboration: Capacity to work effectively with Management and Assistants, following instructions and contributing to team success.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create order out of chaos.
Spatial Recognition: Aptitude for understanding spatial dynamics and maximizing space utilization in various environments.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and preferences, while adhering to company standards and procedures.
Professionalism: Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
Benefits:
Flexible work hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Sessions are scheduled Monday - Friday with occasional Sundays, never Saturdays.
