Flawless Floors of Denver, LLC is a family-run business based in Colorado since 2014. We specialize in hard-surface flooring & staircase installation. We cover a wide range of services and install everything from exotic hardwoods to tile and stone. We also offer refinishing services for hardwood floors & even full bathroom remodels.

We are excited to grow our team this year and are looking for the right people to round out our sales team.

You must be self-motivated along with money motivated for this position: after a training/induction period during which a weekly salary will be paid, this position converts to 100% commission based.

Your own initiative will dictate how much you earn each week. Based on historical sales, that number could be as high as $10,000/month!

Prior flooring knowledge is NOT necessary as we put our team through rigorous training that will educate you on what you need to know. Send us your updated resume if you would like to learn more and apply for the position!

Qualifications:

1. Must be able to work full time, including weekends.
2. Must have a reliable phone and vehicle
3. 1-3 years customer service and/or sales experience
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Professional references must be provided

6. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening if requested.
