Position Summary
This is Food Service production work responsible for providing leadership and direction to Food Services Workers and Room Service Representatives in a work area (Dish Room, Nourishments, Food Prep, Tray assembly and Tray Delivery). This work also involves performing the duties of a Food Services Worker and assuming supervisory responsibility during the absence of a Food Service Supervisor.
