1.0 FTE / 40 Hours per week - 3rd Shift
The Lead Person, Hospitality Services is a working supervisor and will perform an assigned schedule, will "fill in" to cover other schedules in the department due to heavy work load, absences or PTO and will supervise the day-to-day performance of the Environmental Services staff. This position will conduct rounds routinely, paying attention to housekeeping needs and other environmental details.
Expectations of the WRMC Lead Person:
Responsible to provide staff direction of technical expertise within a functional area.
Responsible to follow standard practices that govern performance of job activities.
Represents the manager and senior leadership in day to day operation of functional areas.
Supports manager's role in scheduling and training associates and prioritizing work for others.
Interprets procedures, ensures daily operations are maintained.
Acts as a role model and a conduit between senior leadership and the work team.
Pitches in and serves as a member of the team.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years experience in an Environmental Services setting.
- Knowledge of housekeeping/linen procedures in both public and patient areas.
- No Certifications Required.
