Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a Lead Dietitian position at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, MA. This 240-bed community hospital is part of the Steward System, which provides ample opportunities for involvement in regional and national initiatives.

Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager III, the successful candidate will:

• train, mentor and help supervise a team of three inpatient dietitians;
• assist with day-to-day managment of the clinical nutrition program;
• provide direct patient care on inpatient units;
• support ongoing Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects;
• provide training and education to department staff and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals; and
• serve in a leadership role on the Food and Nutrition Services team.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) (Note: For those seeking registration after 2023, a master's degree will be required)
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
Credentials Requirement:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
• Specialty credential in area(s) of focused practice, as applicable, or advanced practice certification (RD-AP/RDN-AP)
