The Lead Design-Web Developer Lvl 1 is responsible for designing and driving the brand for properties as well as the TLC family of companies. This position will lead the overall layout and productiondesignfor advertisements, brochures, newsletters, logos, and other marketing material. In addition, this position will perform basic website development including visual elements, design, layout, and coding of TLC websites.
Required: 2 years’ experience of accumulated related experience in graphic and web design and/or related fields.
Preferred: Bachelor'sDegree in Graphic Design or Web Design/Development - or related field.

- Conceptualizes and leads development, production, and implementation of marketing and promotional materials, including web concepts
- Develops and communicates meaningful brand marketing visuals ensuring each piece is targeted to the proper audience
- Ensure graphic elements work to effectively target and include compelling calls to action
- Develops logos and establishes brand guidelines for company and property brands
- Ensures graphic design and brand messages are consistent and within brand guidelines across all assets
- Maintains creative asset databases and directories
- Develops processes for best methods for managing requests for visual assets
- Oversees the selection and design of employee company logoed apparel, ordering, payment, and distribution
- Maintains current knowledge of trends for marketing assets and logo development to ensure visual elements are on trend and using best practices
- Work directly with vendor(s) to submit completed projects in correct format and coordinate pickup or delivery as needed.
- Organizes and maintains designs, graphics, and other assets in the digital library
- Manage budgets for graphic and web design, including invoicing, tracking project expenditures, and assisting in budget development by summarizing, researching, and analyzing past project expenditures
- Designs the logos for all Coryell Collaborative Group affiliated companies and properties which includes creation, multiple editing, and final presentation
- Using various web design software, take advantage of best practices for driving new traffic through web aesthetics
- Establishes scope of work and website needs and develops intuitive web map for each new website
- Plans implementation of template or begins development of new website using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Ensures each website has undergone a testing process, discusses test results with the marketing director to alter or modify current features and specifications as needed before the site goes live
- Manages assets, updates templates, expands, and enhances established websites ensuring the best use of aesthetics using Entrata and HTML based website platforms
- Stays in constant communications with colleagues including but not limited to SEO specialist and marketing director to ensure content is deployed properly
- Establish and maintain timeline expectations; Reports all delays and/or issues with website projects
- Ensures due diligence by implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down
