Job Title:Lead Data Scientist with PMP
Department: ACF Data Strategy Implementation Team
Location: 100% Remote
Position Type: Fulltime
Position Overview:
The Lead Data Scientistis a pivotal role within the ACF Data Strategy Implementation Team, serving as the primary point of contact with ACF's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and client team. As the Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of data and analytics projects by the Contractor's team.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
· Possess strong technical proficiency in data analysis and data architecture.
· Develop and run sustainable data cleaning and quality testing pipelines.
· Advise on and develop APIs to support data integration and sharing.
· Be fluent in at least SQL and a general programming language such as Python or JavaScript.
Data and Analytics Tools Proficiency:
· Utilize a wide range of data collection and analytics tools, including Qualtrics, Salesforce, Google Analytics, R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, NVivo, ArcGIS, and Palantir.
· Work within Integrated Developer Environments (IDEs) such as RStudio and Visual Studio Code.
· Leverage data technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Databricks, and dbt for data processing and analysis.
· Use management tools like Confluence, Jira, GitHub, and Smartsheet for project tracking and collaboration.
· Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams, for communication and collaboration.
· Familiarity with Drupal Content Management System and Zoom.

· Multiple years of experience in a technical leadership role.
· Proven track record of providing technical guidance and expertise in data-related projects.
Communication and Relationship Management:
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
