Job Description
I) Position Summary:
To ensure a seamless, 5-star experience for patients in line with Radiance Medspa’ s Core Passion and Values. This position is part of an administrative team that works together to operate the retail and reception areas of the business and provides sales and customer service support to patients at the front desk.
II) Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service / Sales
· Ensure a memorable, 5-star experience for each and every patient and visitor
· Deliver anticipatory, personalized service
· Educate patients about Medspa products and services
· Sell memberships, service packages, retail products, and gift cards
· Communicate with patients about account financials – balances due, credits, programs, etc.
Retail Management
· Ensure Company retail sales goals are met
· Perform sales demos of retail products for patients
· Maintain the retail store inventory
· Ensure sales floor and reception area is always neat, clean, and organized
· Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute merchandising/promotion strategies
· Develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors
· Order, receive, and manage returns of retail products and perform inventory counts
Check In / Check Out / Appointment Scheduling
· Schedule and make changes to patient appointments
· Check patients in and out
· Ensure patient paperwork is up to date / prep necessary paperwork for each patient visit
· Clear and prepare patients for treatments
· Review Appointment and Payment Policies with patients
· Collect Payments and Appointment Deposits
· Pre-book next appointment
Other Requirements
· Maintain Company Brand and Language Standards with all patient interactions
· Master the use of Company Practice Management and POS Software Programs
· Master the use of other Company Software as needed – CRM, MS Office Programs, etc
· Follow, help develop, and continuously improve Company systems and processes
· Adhere to all local and federal regulations and HIPAA
· Attend Company events, meetings and trainings as requested

IV) Work Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday through Saturday. Must be available to arrive as early as 8:45am to help open the business and to stay until the last patient/customer has left the facility to help close and also for occasional events.
