Lead Commercial HVAC/R Technician& Installer
Experienced Technicians and Installers are needed for a growing team. The ideal situation for anyone with at least a year of HVAC/R field experience and who wants to gain commercial refrigeration knowledge. This position would be taking the lead for service/installation on supermarket rack refrigeration, the associated BMS controls, preparing for coming CO2 and other natural refrigerant applications, and building a team to service these growing accounts. We are preparing for the next phase in our industry and are looking to get the right people in place now.
The truth is, a great deal of the field is due to retirement and new talent is required to fill big shoes with decades of experience! Learn from them while you can and you'll find yourself with endless opportunities in a stable industry for as long as you wish. Rain, sleet, shine, nor pandemic has slowed down the Refrigeration Industry. In fact, we've been busier than ever and new projects require more help! We have experienced technicians ready & willing to train those who have the drive.
We are looking for independent, quick-thinking problem solvers. Living close to the Mankato, MN area would be preferred, but not necessary. We have open projects that need your help throughout southern MN & northern IA. If you have the desire to always be learning, we're willing to invest in you. Every project is different and we promise you'll never be bored at work again!

Qualifications:
- All backgrounds & ages 18+
- Active driver's license required
- An EPA II certification is encouraged, but not required to start.
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience: HVACR: 1 year (Field Experience Required)
- License/Certification: EPA Type II (Preferred, not required)
Salary:
- $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
- Payscale is based on experience + monthly incentives & education opportunities available.

Schedule:
- You'll typically work an 8-hour shift Mon-Fri, which can start at 7 or 8 am.
- If the jobs are done before 5, go home & get the family time in. Or not & keep going. It's up to you!
- Overtime pay is available if the project requires it
- Rotating on-call schedule for weekend emergencies only
