Job Description
As a Lead CNC Programmer (also known as CNC Specialist, CNC Technician), you'll play a crucial role in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints and models, understanding technical requirements, and creating CNC programs and documentation. You'll also lead a programming team, ensuring the full utilization of available technologies and fostering skill development.

- Associates degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Programming or Drafting.
- 5 years of CNC programming experience in Mastercam and support for mills and lathes.
- Working knowledge and experience with SolidWorks 3D modeling software and other technical software systems.
- Minimum 3 years of working in a machining environment.
- Proficiency in GD&T, G-Code, and M-Code.
- Ability to pass a background check and US citizenship.
