Lead Cleaner

As a small residential cleaning company service the Portland Metro, we hope to hire someone who enjoys their work and can take pride in what they do.

Days are somewhat flexible, as long as they are consistent each week. The ideal candidate would be available during our business hours (7:30 am - 5:30 pm). Typical day starts at 7:30am and ends between 2:30-5:30pm. Full time (30 - 35hrs per week) available if desired!

• W2 employment (not contracted) - We pay all applicable employment taxes

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Cleaning Crew Lead: This is a in the field position in which you will be be responsible for cleaning in addion to supervising. Susequent responsibility will go hand in hand with cleaning.
• Customer Service – Managing introductions, walkthroughs, questions, complaints and special requests
• Oversee Crew – Monitor behavior and cleaning standards, performance, motivate team members, and resolve issues that occur on the job
• Safety Compliance – Ensure crews follow all safety guidelines and policies
• Educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Complete and Review Check List – Select and complete appropriate checklists for quality control for each clean preformed
• Monitor and Replenish Cleaning Products and Supplies – Check all supplies are returned to vehicles between each clean, check caddies at end of each shift and replenish with appropriate supplies, report low stock supplies for purchasing
• Equipment – Monitor all that all equipment is being used appropriately by staff, report damaged or broken equipment for repairs

Must Haves:
-Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand on feet for extended periods of time
-Ability to read and write in English
-Driver's license and a clean driving record
-Smart phone to access time tracking and work apps

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
